Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product catalogue, product data, e-commerce, or work with a complex category tree.
- Experience in analysing, cleaning, and structuring data.
- Very good understanding of category building principles, filters, and product navigation.
- Ability to assess the correctness of product classification (including AI-generated).
- Proactivity and initiative in proposing new categories and catalogue improvements.
- Analytical thinking and ability to improve processes.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce environment and user needs.
- Higher education (preferred: marketing, IT, data analysis).
- Experience working with AI systems or automation tools (nice to have).
- Very good command of English and Polish (min. B2).
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Managing product categories and attributes:
- Creating and developing product categories and attributes based on market trends and user behaviour.
- Regular data updates and technical optimisation of the catalogue structure.
- Building and rebuilding the category tree to support filtering, navigation, and search.
- Verifying product classification performed by AI models (categories, attributes) and supporting the automation of their evaluation.
- Reporting issues, testing solutions, and proposing model improvements.
- Daily use of AI tools and openness to automation.
- Monitoring data quality, identifying inconsistencies, and implementing improvement standards.
- Regular audits and data cleansing using an analytical approach.
- Looking for opportunities to optimise processes related to product data.
- Designing catalogue structure from a UX perspective – easy navigation, filtering, and quick product discovery.
- Analysing user feedback and implementing changes to improve user experience.
- Solving problems with a focus on real impact on catalogue quality.
- Close cooperation with marketing, UX, IT, and product teams.
- Joint implementation of technical solutions improving catalogue management.
- Creating and updating documentation for catalogue processes and standards.
- Sharing knowledge and supporting the team in product data and AI usage.
