Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize UX/UI designs for admin panels, Portals, and dashboards, digital products, and mobile applications, ensuring excellent usability and visual consistency across platforms.
• Create and visualize graphic designs that follow our brand guidelines while implementing modern, user-centric design principles.
• Collaborate with IT  to transform creative ideas into strong visual concepts.
• Create wireframes, user flows, user stories, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Build and maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistent digital touchpoints.
• Design user stories and flow.

General Qualifications and Competencies:

• Completed degree or comparable training in design, plus 1–3 years of professional experience in UX/UI and graphic design, ideally with previous experience in mobile app design, user flows, user stories, and admin panel/dashboards.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both UX/UI projects and graphic work.
• Confident use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD).
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout principles, and design systems.
• Very good English skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain design decisions.
• Organizational and time-management skills to successfully handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
