Job Requirements:
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in computer vision and deep learning.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful ML projects.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

- Expert knowledge of computer vision and multimodal model architectures.
- Strong understanding of ML system design, scalability, and deployment.
- Advanced programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Extensive experience building and maintaining production-grade ML systems.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, cross-functional technical challenges.
- Strong background in performance tuning and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent.
- Strong track record of guiding technical decisions and setting engineering direction.
- Excellent technical communication and documentation skills.
- Experience leading architectural discussions and driving high-impact decisions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
- Proven experience fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
