Job Requirements:

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in Machine Learning or AI.
• Deep expertise in computer vision and deep learning.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering successful ML projects.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

Technical Expertise

• Expert knowledge of computer vision and multimodal model architectures.
• Strong understanding of ML system design, scalability, and deployment.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Extensive experience building and maintaining production-grade ML systems.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, cross-functional technical challenges.
• Strong background in performance tuning and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent.
• Strong track record of guiding technical decisions and setting engineering direction.
• Excellent technical communication and documentation skills.
• Experience leading architectural discussions and driving high-impact decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
• Proven experience fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
