About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner / Scrum Master who will own the product vision, guide the development process, and ensure smooth delivery within an Agile environment. In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between business goals and the development team—shaping the product roadmap while also driving the team’s Agile processes and efficiency.

🔍 Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum, both from a product ownership and facilitation perspective.
• Ability to effectively communicate requirements, mediate between business and development, and ensure shared understanding.
• Demonstrated skill in backlog management, writing user stories, and prioritizing based on business value.
• Experience facilitating Scrum events and coaching teams in agile principles.
• Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Miro.
• A proactive, hands-on, flexible mindset with strong initiative and ownership.
• Relevant agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SSM, CSPO, PSPO) are an advantage.

💡 Requirements

• IT or technical education (HTL, university, applied sciences) or at least 5 years of professional experience in IT.
• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in agile roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or hybrid roles within the last 5 years.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Practical experience working with agile teams and facilitating Scrum events.
• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and very good English (B2 or higher)—written and spoken.
