About the Company

Our client is a well-established technology distributor with over 15 years of market presence in the GCC, currently expanding with the launch of a premium retail brand offering high-quality refurbished Apple devices.

The brand focuses on sustainability, affordability, and top-tier device certification standards, and is showcased exclusively within a leading lifestyle and entertainment retail chain in the UAE.

We are expanding our technical team to support our growth across major retail locations in Dubai.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer with strong hands-on skills in Apple device repair and refurbishment.

The role involves diagnostics, hardware and software repair, component replacement, and ensuring top-quality standards before devices reach the retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple devices (iPhone, MacBook, Apple Watch, iPad).

• Perform hardware repairs: screen replacements, batteries, cameras, charging ports, etc.

• Conduct software troubleshooting, resets, testing, and quality checks.

• Refurbish devices to meet Carbon’s retail standards.

• Maintain detailed logs of all repairs and parts used.

• Collaborate with the warehouse and retail teams to ensure smooth device flow.

• Follow ESD and safety procedures at all times.

• Support store teams with technical escalations if needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience repairing Apple devices (iOS essential).

• Experience with mobile hardware and electronics repair (Android is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.

• Stable work history and reliability.

• Currently based in UAE (no relocation).

• Good communication skills
