Personiti is building the world’s first personality-based travel ecosystem, using psychology + AI to match travellers with the right experiences, the right businesses, and even the right people.

We are looking for a talented Freelance UX Designer to refine and expand the UX foundation of our MVP across iOS, Android, and Web.

If you specialise in creating intuitive, emotionally engaging user journeys, this role is for you.

About the role

We already have initial user flows, wireframes, and product structure in place.

Your role will be to elevate and refine these frameworks, introduce best practices, and ensure a seamless experience across mobile and web.

You will work closely with our founding team to:

• Improve and polish existing UX flows
• Create additional flows for web onboarding and provider tools
• Optimise navigation, IA, and behavioural interactions
• Ensure consistency across iOS, Android, and Web touchpoints

This is a hands-on strategic design role where your decisions will help shape Personiti’s final MVP.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and refine existing UX frameworks
• Develop upgraded user flows, journey maps, and wireframes
• Extend UX patterns for the web version of Personiti
• Work closely with founders and developers to ensure smooth implementation
• Improve onboarding, quiz logic, and recommendation flows
• Create UX documentation and clear handover assets
• Maintain a cohesive cross-platform experience

Ideal Candidate

You are a good fit if you:

• Have proven experience designing UX for mobile apps (iOS + Android) and web products
• Can elevate existing flows rather than designing from scratch
• Understand behavioural psychology or emotional UX principles
• Turn complexity into clarity
• Communicate clearly and iterate fast
• Enjoy working with early-stage startups
• Are aligned with Personiti’s mission to make travel more personal, meaningful, and sustainable

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with travel apps or marketplace platforms
• Experience working with AI-driven products
• Ability to contribute light UI or visual design (optional)
