Location: Piraeus, Lysaker | Type: Full-time, Hybrid
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our global water test kits portfolio. In this role, you’ll combine market insight with technical expertise to shape new products, enhance existing ones, and ensure strong customer and market alignment. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization and with external suppliers, you’ll help set standards, influence regulations, and drive solutions that deliver measurable value.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our global water test kits portfolio. In this role, you’ll combine market insight with technical expertise to shape new products, enhance existing ones, and ensure strong customer and market alignment. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization and with external suppliers, you’ll help set standards, influence regulations, and drive solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full product lifecycle for the water test kits portfolio, including new product development, updates, and portfolio optimization.
- Manage technical supplier relationships and collaborate with Procurement to ensure strong commercial performance and supply chain resilience.
- Own the product pipeline, identifying future needs and opportunities.
- Build market and customer insight to strengthen product positioning, pricing, and competitiveness.
- Provide product expertise across the organization, including upskilling for sales, customer service, and operations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure products meet relevant standards.
- Define clear product requirements and drive continuous technical improvement with suppliers and internal teams.
- Support sales activities and demand planning to ensure availability, accurate forecasting, and healthy inventory levels.
- Represent the portfolio externally at events and customer engagements.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance digital solutions, customer experience, and end-to-end service delivery.
- Master’s degree in engineering, technical studies, or business administration—or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally within the maritime industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative, with a willingness to take initiative and embrace new ideas.
