Alexander Ash are seeking a Chief/Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across a complex, multi-workstream Application and Customer Migration Readiness Programme for a leading markets firm. You will oversee multiple Scrum teams, coach Scrum Masters, drive delivery predictability, and ensure all engineering, product, data, and operations workstreams are fully prepared for multi-phase migrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple Scrum Masters and Agile teams.
- Ensure consistent Agile delivery practices across all workstreams.
- Coordinate sprint, release, and quarterly planning in line with migration timelines.
- Manage programme-level risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Oversee readiness activities: platform capability, testing, UAT, data migration, customer comms, and operational readiness.
- Provide clear, senior-level reporting on delivery progress, blockers, and migration readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement and strengthen delivery predictability across teams.
Experience & Skills
- 7+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead / RTE.
- Experience leading multiple teams in complex transformation or migration programmes.
- Strong scaled Agile knowledge (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong Jira/Confluence and delivery metrics capability.
