What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will work on building, integrating, and enhancing high-performance applications within the Financial and Wealth Management domain, with AI knowledge considered a strong advantage.

💼 Role: Full Stack Engineer
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using Python as the primary backend language.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues related to external Java APIs or applications as part of system integration.
- Build responsive, high-quality, and efficient front-end interfaces using ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and financial domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain API integrations and ensure seamless communication across internal and external systems.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability align with financial industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and system design discussions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of AI-enabled features where applicable (preferred).
- Troubleshoot issues across the full stack and ensure timely resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of development experience, ideally in financial services or wealth management domains.
- Strong backend development skills using Python (primary).
- Experience with Java for debugging, integration, and API-level issue resolution (secondary).
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Solid understanding of modern software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of AI concepts, LLMs, or AI-driven system enhancements is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
