Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps & Cloud Infrastructure Lead to drive cloud, DevSecOps, and infrastructure transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide strategic advisory, lead modernization efforts, and guide teams in adopting secure and scalable cloud practices. This role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and key to shaping operational excellence across departments.
Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure best practices to support modernization goals.
• Conduct discovery assessments, review existing setups, and develop modernization roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, clearly articulating technical solutions, business value, and impact.
• Mentor and lead Center of Excellence (CoE) members, driving adoption of tools and best practices across teams.
• Conduct workshops and enablement sessions to implement tools, templates, and new workflows.
• Lead key initiatives such as migrating CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to Azure DevOps, defining self-sufficient operational models, and evaluating Azure infrastructure for security, cost, and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain reusable CI/CD templates, shared components, and standardized tools for cross-organizational use.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of IT delivery experience, including at least 3 years in team leadership roles.
• Prior experience working on Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) projects.
• Excellent proficiency in Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, secure cloud architecture, Day-2 operations, and observability frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse technical and business teams.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align technical decisions to organizational goals.
