About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for job roles for international locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management with candidate care.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans.
- Proactively source and map talent to maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality through continuous process optimization.
- Oversee agency partnerships to expand sourcing pipelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Assess vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong partnerships to meet hiring objectives.
- Ensure external partners adhere to our recruitment standards, policies, confidentiality expectations, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Degree holder and major in Human Resource Management will be preferred.
- 5-10 years minimum working experience in global recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Good command of written and spoken English required. Additional language skills such as Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia will be added advantage.
