We are seeking a Operations Executive to join our team and play a critical role in managing and driving operational excellence across our diverse projects.
As the Operations Executive, your primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing client deliverables, and supporting the project teams to meet business goals. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to implement best practices, streamline processes, and ensure quality standards are upheld.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations across assigned projects to ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to drive efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor project KPIs, prepare reports, and highlight risks or opportunities for improvement to management.
- Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational performance.
- Participate in client meetings and audits, providing operational insights and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Mentor junior executives and support their professional development, ensuring the team’s overall capability grows with the business.
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of operations experience, preferably in a BPO, service, or outsourcing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools will be an advantage.
