Lightcast, a global leader in labor market and workforce analytics, is seeking a strategic Senior Vice President of Product to lead product vision, strategy, and execution across our software portfolio. This executive leader will drive innovation, guide a high-performing product organization, and ensure our solutions deliver measurable value to customers across enterprise, government, and education markets.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for the full software product portfolio including Enterprise, Education and Public Sector products.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a global product organization, including product managers and UX.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
  • In collaboration with the VP of Customer Research, translate market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights into actionable roadmaps.
  • Partner across Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Product Operations and Marketing to align product and business goals.
  • Engage with customers and strategic partners to inform product direction and improve product adoption.
  • Own product performance, including revenue growth, product quality, and portfolio profitability.

Education and Experience:

  • 15+ years of product management experience, with extensive leadership of large, cross-functional product teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS, data, analytics, or AI/ML-powered products.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive leadership skills.
  • Experience in workforce analytics, labor market data, HR tech, or related data/insights products preferred.
