Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust and scalable iOS client solutions that align with product strategy and follow best practices, design guidelines, and coding standards.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely and high-quality sprint deliverables.
- Advocate for mobile platform best practices in internal and external developer communities.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies related to mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, third-party libraries, etc.).
- Engage and contribute thoughtfully to team discussions, incorporating feedback and fostering open communication.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers to help strengthen team capability and technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across iOS, Android, Web, and API development.
- Lead delivery of major components and platform capabilities in partnership with senior engineers and architects.
- Share best practices and contribute to process improvements across sprint teams.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges early by working with the broader engineering group.
- Review pull requests to ensure clean, maintainable code that adheres to Swift and general language idioms.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building iOS applications
- 4+ years of experience with Swift
- 4+ years of experience using open-source frameworks
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, or other modern iOS frameworks
- Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM) or cross-platform mobile technologies
- Background in CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise)
- Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and test automation frameworks
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000– $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
