Nova is partnered with a $8M seed-stage healthtech startup backed by leading healthcare investors, rebuilding the infrastructure that powers hospital nutrition, a $20B+ domain where workflows are critical but broken. Their platform is already used by major hospitals with strong early traction.

They’re hiring their first dedicated Product Manager, partnering directly with founders and engineering to shape a category-defining product in a high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery with hospital teams
• Turn complex workflows into clear specs, flows, and prototypes
• Drive user-facing features
• Align with Platform engineering as needed
• Build simple, repeatable product processes
• Ship end-to-end: discovery → build → adoption

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years in B2B product within regulatory environments
• Strong UX instincts; able to prototype without a designer
• Background in regulated or reliability-critical products
• Clear communicator with first-principles thinking
• Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity
