UX/UI Designer


About the Role:

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to lead the design of Beam’s website and account experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers discover, shop, and engage with our brand online—creating designs that are not only beautiful but also drive performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where experimentation and iteration are part of the process. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead design and user experience for Beam’s website, customer account, and digital touchpoints.
  • Optimize the shopping experience through UX best practices, A/B testing, CRO insights, and rapid iteration on PDPs, checkout, and landing pages.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director and report into our Senior Director of E-commerce to align on testing strategies, roadmaps, and key initiatives.
  • Own design handoff and visual QA in collaboration with developers to ensure pixel-perfect, high-quality execution across all devices.
  • Create and iterate on design concepts quickly—focusing on output, performance, and learning over perfection.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the email, partnerships, and paid media teams to design experiences that enhance conversion and retention.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on mobile and web experiences.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both creative excellence and performance-driven design.
  • Experience working in CPG, DTC, or ecommerce environments preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, iterative environment where testing and data inform design decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
  • A bias for action—you’re energized by producing high-quality work quickly and learning from the results.
