Job Title - AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, recommendation systems, and NLP.
• Data Processing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources for training and evaluation.
• Deployment: Implement and deploy ML models into production environments using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply cutting-edge techniques to business challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of models, processes, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Deep Learning.
• Understanding of model interpretability and ethical AI practices.
• Prior experience deploying models in production environments.
