Responsibilities:
• Assist in posting job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
• Support new employee onboarding by organizing orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in the administration of health insurance and retirement plans.
• Facilitate internal communication between HR and employees, preparing materials and documentation as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in implementing updates based on changes in employment laws.
• Collaborate with team members to promote employee engagement and positive workplace relations.
• Provide training and support to employees on HR-related tools and processes.
• Coordinate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude suited to a dynamic work environment.
