As a Data Analyst in the Measurement & Experimentation team your main role will be to support our business partners in assessing the incremental value of online A/B tests by building and developing automated reporting capabilities and experimentation frameworks. You’ll get to play an important part in defining the foundation of standardized experimentation practices at Client.
Job Description:
Client is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Measurement & Experimentation team. The team is dedicated to improving how we measure and optimize digital marketing and e-commerce experiments globally. This role is central to ensuring that Client scales only the most effective initiatives by providing clear, evidence-based insights into what drives real growth. As part of the team, you will help quantify the impact of marketing and e-commerce activities, enabling leadership and stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions. You will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to standardize measurement frameworks, build automated reporting solutions, and deliver insights that shape Client digital strategy. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of analytics and business strategy, ensuring that experimentation becomes a core driver of growth.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
• Analyze experiments conducted by internal digital specialists, deriving actionable insights to guide data-driven decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and set up A/B tests across multiple digital platforms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business objectives and hypotheses for experimentation, aligning with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate in developing and maintaining robust experimentation frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis, with a strong understanding of impact measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) for building dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
• Interest and ability to leverage AI-driven techniques (such as predictive modeling or automated insight generation) to improve the accuracy and scalability of experimentation and impact measurement.
• 4-7 years of experience within the field.
