This initiative aims to bridge the urgent gap in pediatric mental health support through technology-driven solutions and cross-functional collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work on the project from scratch, shaping its design system, user experience, and overall visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full design process — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager and BA to translate requirements into intuitive and effective user interfaces.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve user experience.
- Present and justify design decisions to the team and stakeholders.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with UI/UX best practices, tools, and trends.
- At least 1 year of professional design experience in the IT industry.
- A portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI skills, showcasing your design thinking and creativity.
- Experience with design tools — Figma, Zeplin, Invision, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of design principles, systems, composition, and color theory.
- Good communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
- Upper-Intermediate English level is a plus.
- Degree in Design or related field — a strong advantage.
