Junior UI/UX Designer

Join a meaningful project — a Virtual Hospital for Children affected by the war in Ukraine. The platform focuses on children’s mental health and provides Ukrainian healthcare professionals with access to modern treatment methods, clinical protocols, and digital tools for delivering high-quality care remotely.

This initiative aims to bridge the urgent gap in pediatric mental health support through technology-driven solutions and cross-functional collaboration. You will have the opportunity to work on the project from scratch, shaping its design system, user experience, and overall visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full design process — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager and BA to translate requirements into intuitive and effective user interfaces.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and improve user experience.
• Present and justify design decisions to the team and stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with UI/UX best practices, tools, and trends.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional design experience in the IT industry.
• A portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI skills, showcasing your design thinking and creativity.
• Experience with design tools — Figma, Zeplin, Invision, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of design principles, systems, composition, and color theory.
• Good communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
• Upper-Intermediate English level is a plus.
• Degree in Design or related field — a strong advantage.
