Project Management Officer

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join the Project Management Office and support the Senior Project Manager in the successful planning and governance of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will be crucial in ensuring that all project activities adhere to PMO methodologies, governance standards, and financial objectives. Your primary focus will be on project control, reporting, and financial tracking.

Notice- Immediate to 30 Days

Location- Bangalore

Work Mode- 5 Days from Office

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or PMO Analyst role, preferably supporting large-scale ERP or SAP projects.
• Demonstrated experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budget tracking, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and PMO processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• A foundational understanding of the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Certification such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or an introductory Agile certification.
• Experience in a PMO supporting a globally distributed project team.
