Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, optimize, and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Artifactory
• Lead automation initiatives for software delivery through advanced scripting tools
• Manage systematic upgrades and maintenance of build systems and applications aligned with IT standards
• Centralize and supervise the storage and distribution of software binaries and dependencies
• Enforce advanced security practices across processes and ensure compliance with all standards
• Evaluate and integrate AI technologies for measurable efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with and mentor development and operations teams for refined and scalable solutions
• Provide strategic updates toward defining and advancing long-term DevOps goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and Batch
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on leadership and teamwork
• Detail-oriented with proven success in fostering continuous improvement across systems
• Ability to independently guide projects and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
