Working as part of a high-performing HR operations hub, you’ll act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing clear guidance, process support, and exceptional service. The firm is known for its inclusive culture, award-winning approach to social mobility and gender equality, and its commitment to flexible, modern working.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage HR cases within agreed service levels, ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.
• Coordinate and administer family leave processes, including maternity from end-to-end.
• Support client secondments, drafting documentation and liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
• Administer onboarding: offer letters, inductions, start arrangements, new joiner chats.
• Support capability processes, sickness/absence management, OH referrals and follow-up.
• Assist with under-performance processes and related documentation.
• Manage employee exits, including holiday calculations, benefits treatment, systems updates, and exit interviews.
• Process contractual and employment changes including promotions, job moves, allowances, and secondments.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and support data integrity across HR systems.
You will need to be highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing a varied workload, have strong attention to detail and high-quality output in fast-paced environments, and have HR administration experience within a large corporate/professional services environment.
Candidates will need a solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures, excellent communication skills and professionalism when handling sensitive queries, strong MS Office capability (mail merges, v-lookups, formulas) and experience with Workday, Neocase, or iTrent is beneficial.
You’ll be joining a global People function that supports thousands of employees worldwide. The environment is collaborative, inclusive, and driven by a commitment to developing and retaining exceptional talent. You’ll work closely with both London and international teams, gaining exposure to a broad range of HR operations and processes across the full employee lifecycle.
This is an ideal next step for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, stakeholder contact, and being part of a large HR network with real impact across the organisation.
