We are looking for Senior UX/UI Designers (Product Designers) for an important client. This role requires seasoned professionals who can confidently lead end-to-end product design, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary development teams, and communicate directly with English-speaking clients. Ideal candidates are proactive, independent, and experienced in product discovery, user research, and delivering complex digital solutions.
Location: Buenos Aires – hybrid, 2–3 days per week in the office (La Maquinita Cowork - Av. del Libertador 767).

- Very strong English (daily direct communication with US client + mixed dev teams, calls, workshops, presenting, etc.)
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary dev teams (real collaboration with devs, POs, QAs, ability to push back when needed)
- Hands-on experience leading product discovery (user research, workshops, defining vision, prioritization – this is super important for us)
- Confidence & freedom in direct communication with English-speaking clients (presenting designs, running feedback sessions, driving discussions – no hand-holding needed)
- Strong portfolio with complex products (healthtech = huge bonus, but not mandatory)
- True senior level – owns the entire design process and can mentor juniors
