Rôles & Responsabilités

For one of our banking clients, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the implementation of Agile practices within a cross-functional team. The Scrum Master will ensure that Scrum is understood and enacted effectively, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Guide one or more Agile teams through all aspects of the Scrum framework (Sprint
Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress
Promote a culture of self-organisation and ownership within the team
Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders
Ensure continuous delivery of value by reinforcing Agile principles and best practices
Support Product Owners in effective backlog management
Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to ensure alignment at the program or portfolio level
Monitor team performance using relevant Agile metrics

Profil

Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3 years), ideally within the banking or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks
Experience in guiding teams through Agile transformations or process improvements
Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Fluency in at least two of the following: Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)
Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM)
