What You Will Do
- Advocate for Accessibility and Usability Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and informed by user-centered principles
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver impactful solutions from concept to implementation
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead user testing, analyze insights, and iterate on designs to continuously improve satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure Seamless Implementation Work closely with engineers to deliver polished, high-quality implementations of your designs, addressing technical challenges proactively
