This role is ideal for a leader who excels at shaping product vision, commercializing SaaS features, scaling product organizations, and turning complex data and infrastructure challenges into simple, high-value customer experiences. You will lead an existing team (UX/UI, PO, Technical PM) and expand the function as the company continues to grow.

In This Position You Will
- Deliver Customer Value: Develop a deep understanding of how customers use IPXO data, insights, and automation to operate and scale their networks. Identify high-impact problems by combining customer feedback, discovery, market research, and analytics. Translate industry pain points into simple, reliable, and measurable value propositions within a unified SaaS product. Build frameworks to track customer impact, retention drivers, usage patterns, and workflow improvements.
- Drive Data-Driven Product Leadership: Use data as the foundation of product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and decision-making. Strengthen product analytics capabilities: event tracking, BI dashboards, customer usage analysis, and market models. Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to advance IPXO’s analytics, reporting, predictive insights, and automation. Champion experimentation, measurable hypotheses, and metric-driven improvements.
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Create a cohesive, value-focused SaaS product vision that leverages IP intelligence, network insights, and automation. Build and maintain a strategic roadmap balancing customer value, platform scalability, and competitive differentiation. Anticipate trends in IP resources, routing, security, data compliance, cloud, and global infrastructure. Transform a set of individual features into a unified SaaS platform that drives customer success.
- Lead Commercialisation & Value Maximisation: Develop and execute monetization strategies for SaaS features and product capabilities. Maximize product ROI through value-based pricing, packaging, and feature positioning. Align product initiatives with commercial goals and revenue opportunities. Ensure every feature has a clear business case, customer value justification, and measurable outcomes.
- Scale a High-Impact Product Organization: Lead, mentor, and grow the existing product team; attract new product talent as the company scales. Build a product culture rooted in discovery, research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. Foster seamless collaboration across UX, PM, Engineering, Data, and other teams.
- Execute & Deliver With Excellence: Oversee the full product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - with focus on customer outcomes, not output. Implement robust prioritization, research, and feedback loops. Ensure releases enhance customer workflows, automation, and decision-making within the SaaS platform. Drive clear roadmap management and cross-team execution.
- Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to align around customer value and SaaS growth. Represent customer needs and product insights in strategic business decisions. Engage with customers and partners externally as a thought leader and product evangelist.
- Proven experience delivering customer value in global B2B, SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure products.
- A strong background in Business Intelligence, analytics, data products, or data-driven product management.
- Experience in mining, interpreting, and operationalizing complex datasets for product decisions.
- A demonstrated track record of scaling SaaS products or building product functions in growth-stage technology companies.
- The ability to translate complex, technical, data-heavy concepts into simple, intuitive customer experiences.
- Strong discovery, customer research, prioritization, and impact measurement skills.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS commercialization, including monetization, pricing, packaging, ROI, and value maximization.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Technical understanding of networking, cloud, APIs, IP addressing, or distributed systems (a strong advantage).
- Strong team leadership skills and experience building high-performance product teams.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and project/roadmap management skills.
