To strengthen our Identity Verification product line, we are seeking a Business Analyst to translate customer insights, market needs, and regulatory requirements into precise functional specifications and product improvements. As a Business Analyst for Ondato IDV, you will be at the heart of our product and operational decision-making. You'll transform complex business needs into actionable requirements, support product development, streamline IDV workflows, and ensure our identity verification solutions remain accurate, efficient, and competitive.

What You'll Do

• Analyze client needs, user journeys, and industry trends to identify requirements for the IDV product.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into detailed documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support product managers in defining IDV product improvements and new features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor and analyze IDV performance metrics, success rates, and operational KPIs; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in designing and optimizing verification of workflows, rules, and decision trees.
• Research identity verification standards, document types, fraud prevention methods, and market competitors.
• Participate in testing and validating new features, integrations, and enhancements.
• Support customer-facing teams with product knowledge, documentation, and training materials.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in SaaS, fintech, fraud prevention, or compliance).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information.
• Experience working with product requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Understanding digital identity verification, KYC, document recognition, or related domains is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.
