Your area of work:
As an intern – IT Touchpoint (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Corporate IT Cloud Operations department.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist with the handout and return of hardware (such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones), including helping users with device setup
- Gain interesting insights in Involvement in IT projects and initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies or processes.
- Help analyse and evaluate incident information and resolutions accurately, supporting the documentation process for IT issues
- Support the team by providing onsite support to users by helping resolve technical issues with hardware and software, ensuring immediate hands-on assistance
- Gain insights in strong communication and interpersonal skills by interacting directly with end users, including VIPs and executives, and ensuring a positive user experience
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s Degree program with a recognized institution focusing on Computer Science or Engineering and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of internships (e.g. experience abroad, internships) in the IT Support area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate flexibility
- Team player with good communication skills
- You have good knowledge in Windows 11, MS-Office applications, SAP and other Microsoft products
- You are fluent in written and spoken English. French would be considered as an asset
