I'm partnered with a client who build foundational infrastructure for regulated AI systems, focusing on medical-grade safety, transparency, and compliance hire for a Full-stack Engineer.
The platform is designed to meet the world’s strictest standards, including the EU AI Act and ISO 42001, and is used by major medical consortia. We work closely with academic research partners while delivering production-ready medical software.
The Software Engineer will work on the platform’s Compliance Engine - the component that turns regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ISO 13485) into reliable, auditable software.
Responsibilities:
- Data Governance: Build systems for hashing, versioning, and freezing datasets to guarantee full reproducibility.
- Security by Design: Strengthen RBAC, implement forensic audit logging, and secure API endpoints in line with ISO 27001.
- AI Governance: Implement model cards, bias checks, and data lineage tracking.
- Full-Stack Contribution: Help shape architecture across a Django (Python) backend and React frontend.
Expect ~80% hands-on coding and ~20% collaboration with our Quality Officer to ensure compliance alignment.
What They're Looking For:
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong in Python (Django) and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
- Experience or interest in high-integrity data systems (medical, finance, or similar)
- Understanding of secure coding and immutable logging
- Bachelor's or Master’s in a relevant field
- Docker experience is a nice too have.

- Salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross per month depending on experience.
- Bonus: Up to 10% annually
