DevOps Team Lead - Financial Services - High-Performance Trading Systems (Zurich)

We're hiring a DevOps Team Lead for a fast-growing financial services firm in Zurich. If you enjoy leading senior engineers, working close to the metal and shaping modern DevOps practices around real-time, high-performance systems, this is worth a look.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small team of senior DevOps engineers
• Own a hybrid environment: ultra-low-latency on-prem engine + AWS services
• Drive automation, observability and reliability engineering
• Influence architecture, standards and operational strategy
• Work closely with senior technical leadership in an office-first culture (4+ days onsite)

Tech Stack

Linux, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Grafana, Loki, CI/CD.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Linux, networking and distributed systems background
• Experience guiding or leading senior DevOps/SRE engineers
• Confident operating in mission-critical production environments
• Calm, collaborative leadership style focused on clarity and direction
• Swiss right to work required (relocation possible)
