We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer lead to code and manage a small, high-performance team building a next-generation Agentic Real Estate Platform powered by AI agents that automate property management operations at scale.

About You

This is a Claude Code–first full-stack role, meaning you will code daily, use Claude Code to accelerate production, review pull requests, guide the team, and create automated test cases for QA. You will lead by example, balancing hands-on development with clear direction, quality control, and team accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Experience (Minimum 3+ Years)
• Django/Python: 3+ years of production experience with Django REST Framework
• Angular/TypeScript: 3+ years developing complex Angular applications
• Claude Code Expertise: Daily usage in production workflows
• AI Integration: Experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs
• Third-Party APIs: Strong experience with REST APIs and webhooks
• Database: Solid PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design, optimization)
• Experience leading full-stack teams on production web platforms
• Ability to debug and optimize AI-generated code
• Strong technical communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with property management or enterprise automation platforms
