Our Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, etc.,
• Understanding of data management principles and skills in working with large data volumes.
• Understanding of business processes.
• Ability to effectively interact with business clients.
• Project management skills are required, and experience in this area is a plus.
• System thinking and strong results orientation.
• High level of organization and responsibility.
• Experience working with development and UX teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.
• The team works with an internal SAS tool; no coding is required.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish; Russian is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements.

• Creating tasks for the development team.

• Defining and prioritizing the product backlog.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders, designers, and developers to clarify requirements and align on solutions.

• Monitoring and analyzing key business and product metrics.

• Analyzing user feedback and identifying areas for product improvement.

• Working with data in Excel: processing, pivot tables, building visualizations and reports.

• Preparing analytical and management reports for stakeholders.
