If you are focused on delivering quality early and often, then you might be just who we're looking for: a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to help us shape Emergn’s exciting future and play an important role in our growth.

We want you to lead the delivery of our services and products with key clients:

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
• Guide development teams to higher delivery maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

• experience working with multiple teams and hiring top talent for them
• stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly
• previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager
• experience running and managing different-size engagements
• accountability for the ownership and management of delivery
• close cooperation with on and off-site teams
• internal reporting experience
• an excellent level of written & verbal English communication

You might also have:

• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written (C1)
• Experience managing multiple distributed scrum teams
• Experience in a scrum master role
• Experience working in complex Enterprise environments, ability to deal with ambiguity, stress resistance
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills

Salary range: 4000 - 5000 EUR monthly
