Freelance Website Designer - Remote

A creative professional is sought to design and develop a visually striking website and online shop for an artist specializing in alcohol ink art. The goal is to create a clean, minimalist platform that showcases artwork, supports e-commerce for both prints and originals, and provides a seamless user experience. The project includes full website design and build, platform selection (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or Webflow), and integration of essential features such as a homepage, portfolio/gallery, about page, contact page, and an online shop with an initial setup for 10–20 products. The website should reflect the artist’s unique style, prioritize high-quality visuals, and be optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. Additionally, the role involves setting up social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to support the artist’s online presence. The client will provide all product information, high-resolution images, and brand notes, and will handle hosting or domain setup if required.

Deliverables

• Design and develop a responsive website with a clean, minimalist aesthetic tailored to alcohol ink art
• Select and configure the most suitable platform (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or Webflow)
• Build core site pages: homepage, portfolio/gallery, about, contact, and online shop (10–20 products)
• Integrate e-commerce functionality for selling prints and originals
• Set up print-on-demand service integration (if applicable)
• Implement basic SEO best practices for visibility
• Provide post-launch instructions for content management and updates
