What You Could Be Doing
- Developing and optimizing embedded systems for VTOL or fixed-wing UAVs.
- Integrating, configuring, and testing flight control systems.
- Designing and debugging communication modules and data link protocols.
- Working with sensors, autopilot systems, navigation systems, and onboard electronics.
- Improving UAV software architecture, including network protocols, control algorithms, and fault-tolerant systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in embedded development.
- Hands-on experience with fixed-wing UAVs.
- Strong understanding of UAV communication systems
- Practical experience of configuration, adaptation, and integration with ArduPilot.
- Knowledge of software architecture, networking, and protocols.
- Experience with RTOS/safety-critical systems.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, CAN, UART, SPI, Ethernet.
- Experience with BVLOS operations and regional compliance.
- Knowledge of AI/ML for autonomous navigation.
- Practical experience assembling and maintaining UAVs.
- Based in Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Lithuania or Poland.
