What You Could Be Doing

  • Developing and optimizing embedded systems for VTOL or fixed-wing UAVs.
  • Integrating, configuring, and testing flight control systems.
  • Designing and debugging communication modules and data link protocols.
  • Working with sensors, autopilot systems, navigation systems, and onboard electronics.
  • Improving UAV software architecture, including network protocols, control algorithms, and fault-tolerant systems.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in embedded development.
  • Hands-on experience with fixed-wing UAVs.
  • Strong understanding of UAV communication systems
  • Practical experience of configuration, adaptation, and integration with ArduPilot.
  • Knowledge of software architecture, networking, and protocols.
  • Experience with RTOS/safety-critical systems.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, CAN, UART, SPI, Ethernet.
  • Experience with BVLOS operations and regional compliance.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML for autonomous navigation.
  • Practical experience assembling and maintaining UAVs.
  • Based in Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Lithuania or Poland.
