We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master with 8–10 years of experience to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact software solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who fosters collaboration, removes impediments, and drives continuous improvement. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure Agile principles are upheld and business goals are met efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide and coach Agile teams on best practices, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
- Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Promote Agile values and principles across the organization.
- Support the adoption of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) as needed.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile community of practice.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and team deliverables.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Agile project delivery, with at least 8 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe).
- Background in software development or technical project management.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
