Location: Bengaluru (Must)
Experience: 8-13 Years Only, with 4+ years managing data/BI solution delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement & Product Conceptualization
- Delivery Framework Definition & Communication
- Project Risk & Dependency Management
- Delivery Tracking & Reporting
- Local Operations Ownership & Reporting
- Methodology Execution (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps)
- Customer & Technical Communication
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Must-Have Skills:
- Overall 8-13 years’ experience in teams delivering custom IT/Digital solutions
- Have at least 2 years of experience managing end to end from concept to go live with a team of 10+ people (Just experience of scrum ceremonies is not sufficient)
- Shows typical PM skills such as
- Dealing with risks and issues
- Effort estimation and planning
- Has dealt with project initiation at least once
- Has dealt with go live at least once
- Delivering with tech stack that is ether custom web app or data app
- Shows understanding of business case, ROI/Value
- Project Management (Prince2, PMP, APMP)
- Business Analysis / Design Thinking
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Agile Delivery Leadership
- Cloud & Digital BI Solutions Expertise
- ITIL / Support Model Understanding
- Business Transformation Execution
- Operational Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Excellent Communication & Leadership
Technologies/Tools:
- Data & BI Tools – Power BI (good to have)
- Cloud Infrastructure – Azure knowledge
- Project & Collaboration Tools – Azure DevOps , Excel, PPT
