Key Responsabilities
- Explore and curate existing multi-omics and functional datasets for PDOs across passages.
- Design and implement drift metrics at genomic, transcriptomic, and functional levels.
- Perform statistical analyses and data visualization (clustering, dimensionality reduction, trajectory-like analyses, correlation with growth/response).
- Present results regularly to the computational biology and wet lab teams.
- Document your code and analyses so they can be reused by the team.
- BSc, MSc, MEng or any related diploma in the field of computational biology, computer science or machine learning
- Strong quantitative background and prior experience in computational biology and/or machine learning
- Genuine curiosity and energy to explore new projects
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in working with the modern code development toolbox
- Past experience in bioinformatics or the manipulation of genomic data is a plus
- Very good quantitative skills and a demonstrated ability to apply them in real-world environments
- Passion for the intersection of data, biology and the clinic
