For us, people are at the center of everything, and ensuring they are in the right place and have all the skills to perform their role at their best is fundamental to their growth. As an HR Assistant, your goal will be to motivate staff and maintain high engagement levels through a consistently satisfying work experience. You will work within a team where you can share your ideas and learn from your colleagues to grow in your professional journey.

A day in the life
This is not an office role: you will work in the field, closely with logistics center teams. Depending on the location, you might work on rotating shifts with your HR Assistant colleagues. This ensures there is always an HR representative available to staff, to manage their requests and answer any questions. The HR Assistant role involves various activities. Besides helping us oversee key personnel management processes, you will support your team leaders in various projects aimed at engaging employees.
