"We are hiring a Junior Strategic Project Manager to support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone analytical, proactive, and eager to work closely with executive leadership. Role: Partner with the C-suite and managers to advance strategic priorities Gather and analyze data to support project decisions Assist in solving cross-functional challenges and optimizing processes Track project deliverables, timelines, and reporting Qualifications: Strong academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields Excellent strategic reasoning and analytical skills Responsible, independent, and proactive Ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-moving environment Offer: Salary with performance-based incentives Professional development and career growth paths Exposure to senior executives and high-level discussions Health insurance, gym membership, and employee benefits Location: Cacém (Near TagusPark, Oeiras)"
