We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Test Analyst who will take full ownership of quality within the project. This is not a typical testing role — we need someone who understands the business value of quality, can think analytically, and is eager to influence processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional testing, including tests on real mobile devices (early-stage).
- Collaborate closely with developers (small team of ~2 devs) to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Support developers in quality-related activities.
- Analyze and verify backend processes and their impact on the system.
- Focus on high-level process testing, not just UI.
- Execute tests and report results.
Must have:
- Manual testing experience.
- Basic understanding of test automation (e.g., completed a course or used record & playback tools).
- Business-oriented mindset – understands quality from the customer and business perspective.
- Proactive and self-organized.
- Strong analytical skills – able to understand backend processes and how systems interact at a high level.
- Ownership of quality.
- Polish and English at a minimum level of B2
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Xray, Java-based frameworks, IntelliJ.
- Experience with mobile devices
- Understanding how databases work
- Knowledge of CI/CD and SDLC
- Testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
- Experience or knowledge of automated processes or subscription models
- German language
Hybrid work: 3 days a week at the office in Warsaw, Poznań, or Lublin
