A Python-skilled GenAI Developer experienced in building and optimizing GenAI models (e.g., Gemini, GCP Vertex AI, Azure, OpenAI) to automate data extraction and business processes.

A Python-skilled GenAI Developer experienced in building and optimizing GenAI models (e.g., Gemini, GCP Vertex AI, Azure, OpenAI) to automate data extraction and business processes.
Requirements:
- Python programming skills required
- Ability to use GenAI in application development process
- Experience in RAG development / Lang chain knowledge will be an asset
- Overall knowledge about front-end / back-end / database development will be an asset
- EU Work Permit
- Fluent in English and Polish language
- Development of GenAI engines to read, extract and process information from various documents and types of media in order to automate business processes, includes among others:
- GenAI architecture based on Gemini-family model(s) and related GCP/VertexAI services (potentially among others: Google search grounding, Google search API) or MS Azure / OpenAI or AWS / selected GenAI models – depending on the project
- Development of approach to prompting and development of prompts themselves (other techniques if needed for speed/cost/quality optimization)
- Quality assurance mechanisms to get 95%+ accuracy of relevant information and data
- Other GenAI related development if needed for speed/cost/quality optimization (potentially also LLM model fine tuning)
- Integration of the GenAI engine with backend and front end according to the project requirements (typically getting request from frontend/backend and returning extracted data to backend/fronted)
- Quality tuning to achieve 95%+ accuracy
