• 负责 Bybit TradFi 产品线（基于 MT5 平台）的业务规划与增长推进，设立清晰的业务目标，制定中长期业务发展规划
• 从业务视角出发，有商业敏锐度，能够统筹产品设计、市场策略、业务风险风控等各方面，不仅仅是产品功能规划
• 深入洞察用户（Retail Clients、IB 代理等）的核心需求与痛点，设计并推动差异化产品与交易体验，确保产品与服务在市场中具备领先优势
• 负责与关键外部合作方（如 MT5 、Liquidity Providers）维护合作关系
• 搭建关键业务指标体系，能够数据驱动，定期评估业务表现并调整策略
• 领导和激励一个跨职能团队，协同市场、运营、技术、合规、风控等多团队推动落地，推动业务高效达成业务目标

任职要求

• 5 年以上产品相关经验，具备股票、外汇、CFD、MT4/MT5 等相关领域背景者优先
• 拥有完整的业务线管理经验者优先，能从业务视角主导增长方向、落地策略
• 出色的业务规划能力，具备 owner 意识，能够基于市场分析、竞争格局和用户洞察，制定出清晰、可执行的业务规划
• 卓越的领导力和跨部门影响力，能够有效整合与驱动内外部资源以达成共同目标
• 基于数据进行深入分析，识别关键问题，并以此为依据进行合理决策和业务优化
• 出色的英文沟通能力，能与海外合作方直接沟通协调

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and business growth of Bybit’s TradFi product line based on the MT5 platform, with clear goal-setting and long-term development roadmaps
• Act from a business-first perspective with strong commercial acumen, driving not only product features but also aligning product design, market strategies, and risk management holistically
• Deeply understand user needs across segments (e.g., retail clients, IB agents) and translate those insights into differentiated product offerings and trading experiences to ensure market leadership
• Maintain and strengthen strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders such as MT5 service providers and liquidity providers
• Build a robust business KPI framework, adopt a data-driven approach, and regularly evaluate performance to iterate on strategy
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, working closely with Marketing, Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Risk to drive efficient execution and achieve business objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or business roles, preferably with background in equities, FX, CFDs, or MT4/MT5 platforms
• Prior experience in managing an entire business line end-to-end is highly preferred, with the ability to drive growth and implement strategy from a business ownership perspective
• Strong business planning capability, with a clear sense of ownership; able to formulate executable plans based on market analysis, competitive dynamics, and user insights
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional influence skills, with a proven track record of aligning and mobilizing internal and external resources to achieve common goals
• Strong analytical mindset; able to identify key issues from data and make informed, strategic decisions to optimize business outcomes
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with global partners
