As the Junior Project Manager you will assist in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of mid-rise residential construction projects of 202 Units, Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for residential construction projects.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
- Track construction activities, identify potential delays, and escalate issues to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain clear communication between stakeholders (owners, contractors, consultants).
- Prepare weekly progress updates and assist with client presentations.
- Document change orders and track project milestones
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination (residential mid-rise preferred).
Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or equivalent).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
