- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to draft, refine, and implement brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

- Identify opportunities where AI can improve content quality, speed of delivery, and creative experimentation.
- Share knowledge and provide training to upskill local designers on the effective use of AI tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, local designers) to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals.
- Balance creativity with efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets for both regional and local markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Communication Arts, or equivalent experience.
- More than 3 years of experience in digital design and motion graphics, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing in-app banners, social content, and video/motion graphics.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard design tools, including:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Figma or Sketch for UI/UX and layout design
- Canva or similar platforms for scalable content production
- Video and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D)
- Experience using Generative AI design tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and performance-driven design.
