Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR Manager in daily operations, providing administrative and organizational support.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy in HR systems.
• Maintain and update employee records in Paycor, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Support payroll functions, including processing for both hourly and salaried staff.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal teams to streamline seasonal recruitment and onboarding.
• Administer and assist with the rollout of the company's new 401(k) program.
• Generate HR reports, tracking workforce metrics such as turnover rates and employee counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support HR-related regulatory requirements.
• Manage data entry tasks and oversee personnel file organization.
• Provide employment verifications and assist with other administrative HR functions.
• Proficiency in Paycor, including onboarding, payroll assistance, and reporting functionalities.
• 1–3 years of HR experience at the Assistant or Generalist level preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle high seasonal employee counts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to work with leadership, staffing teams, and field employees.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Familiarity with HR compliance and regulatory standards.
• Experience with HRIS and human resource software systems.
