- Present sprint progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Drive process improvements and innovation in Agile practices to enhance team efficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification such as PMI-ACP or SAFe Scrum Master
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with a proven ability to coach and mentor team members
- Experience in financial services or financial markets technology environments
- Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus
- Background in software development or technical project management with an understanding of DevOps practices
