What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Coach development teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices while addressing impediments
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize product backlogs and clarify requirements
• Present sprint progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Drive process improvements and innovation in Agile practices to enhance team efficiency
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification such as PMI-ACP or SAFe Scrum Master
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with a proven ability to coach and mentor team members
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in financial services or financial markets technology environments
• Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus
• Background in software development or technical project management with an understanding of DevOps practices
