Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of network systems, communication protocols, and diagnostic tools
- CCNP/CCIE certified
- Hands-on experience in deploying MPLS solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Visio and Excel for documentation
- Experienced in working under a formal framework (ITIL processes)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior technical network solutions across LAN, Data Center, and WAN environments
- Advanced expertise in TCP/IP, MPLS, CEF, L3VPN, L2VPN, VRF, Route Map, GRE, DMVPN, L2/L3 switching, LAN, STP
- Must have knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VDC, vPC, and FabricPath
- Configure and maintain devices including Cisco ASR 9K, Nexus 5k/7k, Catalyst 6500/7600, ASA, Aruba, and Cisco WLC
- Troubleshoot complex data, voice, and video network and hardware issues
- Work with LAN/WAN topologies including MPLS and point-to-point private lines
- Ensure technical compatibility of customer requirements with products and services offered
