• Develop unique ideas and concepts for illustrations, target objects, backgrounds, and environmental elements within the project's defined art style;
• Finalize artwork and perform detailed refinement of illustrations and target objects, ensuring high levels of realism, portrait likeness, character expressiveness, and hand-painted texture quality;
• Apply AI technologies — including Stable Diffusion, Gemini, GPT, Krea, Midjourney — for reference searching, quality enhancement, and accelerating the production of illustrations and target objects;
• Meet established deadlines and follow project pipelines;
• Collaborate actively with the team, participating in brainstorming sessions and idea discussions.

• 3+ years of experience working in casual art style;
• Have strong freehand drawing skills (graphics tablet proficiency required);
• Possess professional-level expertise in Adobe Photoshop;
• Have a portfolio demonstrating your current skill level (portfolio link required);
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of composition, lighting, and color theory;
• Are confident in using ComfyUI and/or Forge, including internal editors;
• Can generate artwork using txt2img, img2img, and ControlNet (Canny, Depth, etc.) as well as Inpaint;
• Are capable of applying AI-based edits: adjusting poses, changing style, refining composition, and similar tasks;
• English language skills at the B2 level or higher.

• Experience creating small 2D animations for game elements, including technical preparation of artwork for animation (layering, slicing);
• Experience integration Art to Unity;
• Experience in Spline Animation;
• Ability to create icons and UI elements consistent with the overall visual style of the game;
• Experience with 3D (creating 3D character or object models);
• Ability to train and use LoRA / Custom Models;
• Ability to train and use custom GPT / Gemini chatbots.
